Download the application package and fill out all of the forms in it (items 1–4). Then send the completed package, together with items 5–8, in one email to leasing@majorsmgmt.com with the subject line Leasing Application.

Other items to send with the completed package
- 5Articles of Organization — for a company; preferred but not required
- 6Legible copy of driver's license
- 7Copy of a voided check
- 8Two most recent bank statements (multiple accounts welcome to show more liquidity)
Tip
Show as much liquidity as you can. Feel free to include the most recent statements from multiple bank accounts — our credit department looks for funds in the bank at month-end that show you can start the business and make rent payments.
